Kelly qualified with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy from Leeds University in 2012.
Over the past 12 years, Kelly has worked in a variety of clinical settings, specialising in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy.

Her journey began working for the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust in an MSK outpatient setting in Worcester. Alongside this, Kelly worked at Black Pear Physio, a local private clinic until she began her own business venture of KJ Physio in 2018.

Kelly soon progressed from the NHS into the world of Occupational Health, working mainly in the automotive industry, with reputable companies such as Jaguar Landrover, Lear & Amazon.
Kelly also helped to set up and delivered a successful Physiotherapy service for the Worcestershire Acute Hospitals in 2016, to help reduce workforce sickness.

In 2018 Kelly progressed on to work for Vita Health Group, a UK market leader in workplace Musculoskeletal, Mental Health and Preventative Health solutions, which is now part of Spire Healthcare.
Kelly started as a Corporate Team Leader and in 2019 was promoted to Operations Manager of at the time, the largest Remote Physiotherapy Triage Service within the UK. In 2020, Kelly progressed into the role of Mobilisation & Operational Improvement Lead across the entire Corporate portfolio, in both Physiotherapy & Mental Health and in 2021 was promoted to Service Lead of the Corporate Physiotherapy Service, where she lead the Triage, Onsite & Functional Restoration Programme Services for the UK’s largest companies. Following Kelly's maternity leave, she returns as Head of MSK Operations, where she oversees the operational performance of the previous service lines, as well the Ergonomic & Preventative service and Private B2C London clinics...so she's quite a busy bee!

KJ Physio was an exciting step for Kelly, as she always wanted to spread her wings and build her own business. Kelly is very experienced in assessing and treating a wide range of MSK conditions and injuries, with a variety of treatments such as manual therapy, soft tissue and exercise techniques and is also extremely experienced in Acupuncture.

Kelly has a specialty in treating Dancers, having been a dancer herself & recovered from multiple injuries. Kelly loves working with dance schools & companies to help them return to the stage quickly.

On a personal note, in May 2022, Kelly became a mum and took a short break whilst she adjusted to motherhood. But has loved being back in the clinic...mainly for the adult conversation!
