Going to see a physio in the middle of a pandemic made me feel quite anxious, but KJ Physio has everything in place to make me feel relaxed and safe. I visited 3 times and she helped ease the pain so much and gave me some exercises to do at home. Thank you for your help!
Kelly fixed my knee in just two sessions and I am so grateful. My knee pain was stopping me running but I am now back up again, and Kelly has taught me some great exercises which will help me in the future. Throughly recommend K J Physio. Thank you Kelly.
Can't recommend Kelly enough! I contacted Kelly with an Achilles problem and she was very flexible in fitting me in, after two sessions of acupuncture it's feeling so much better. She's very knowledgeable, friendly, and was extremely patient with me as I have a really big fear of needles. Will definitely be coming back with any other issues, thank you!
Kelly is a super friendly and knowledgeable physio and would recommend her to anyone!!
When I went to Kelly I could barely walk because I had a prolapsed disc in my back, but after a couple of sessions I was already say more mobile. Not only does she make you feel super comfortable but she helped me get back to work within a week when it has taken a month in the past
Just had my first experience with Kelly, manipulation and acupuncture. Such a consummate professional physio who communicates well throughout, taking the time to make you feel at home and explains every step she takes! Thank you - I will be back!!
Kelly is a brilliant physiotherapist with a very friendly manner which makes her patients feel relaxed and comfortable
Kelly is highly professional, she understands all aspects of physio and is excellent at acupuncture. She takes time when diagnosing the most suitable treatment and always puts you at ease. I have no hesitation in recommending K J Physio.
Lovely lady who knows her stuff and helped me prior to first half marathon
Ok then . I started running in October 2018 to try and help with my mental health . I decided I was going to run a marathon inside 12 months . I started training in June 2019 for a Oct marathon . To start with everything went well . As I upped the mileage tho I started to get niggles all down my right side from my hip and calf in particular. I went to visit Kelly on a recommendation from another marathon runner . From the very first time I saw Kelly I knew she could help me . Not only is she a very good physio but she also understood my need to run. The treatment she gave me was first class . It kept me going right through my training . The acupuncture is particularly good if not a little painful . In October I ran the Chester marathon in 3.28 some 17 mins better than I forecast . Without doubt I wouldn’t have got to the start line without the physio work from KJ physio. I highly recommend to anyone with injuries or even just to prevent them . Reasonably priced and very flexible with timing slots . Thank you Kelly
Kelly you have been the most amazing physio looking after Immi and helping her to return to dancing. understanding her as a dancer and getting her back performing again after injury. Your patience expertise and skill are second to none. Thankyou so very very much. Any dancers out there Kelly knows exactly what shes doing having been one herself. THANKYOU XXX
Kelly is an absolute genius! I’ve had a piriformis problem for over a year and three sessions of acupuncture and a comprehensive stretch program is working wonders. I cannot recommend Kelly highly enough.
So glad we went to see Kelly . My daughter, a dancer , had some pain with knees . Kelly is so friendly and welcoming . She shared her experience of her own dancing days and she was very professional and took time with my daughter . Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint the correct treatment for my daughter . Such a lovely physiotherapist I would highly recommend her.
Kelly is an amazing physio... She has kept me on the roads throughout several marathons with a mixture of massage and needling. Her expert help is invaluable to me!
I have a muscular skeletal disease. Was in more than usual pain and all crooked. I was soon back to my normal especially after trying some acupuncture. The ladies an angel.
I met Kelly about 4yrs ago, I was referred by my GP. Kelly worked for the NHS at the time & I wasn’t very hopeful, physio had never worked for me in the past. I was having pain in my lower leg & I was limping. Kelly told me it was referred pain from my knee & showed me my X-ray results, they weren’t good! She worked on my knee & leg & I couldn’t believe the difference! When my quota of sessions finished I asked my GP to refer me again, I have an ongoing back problem from an injury back in 1990 followed by an op in 1991. Whenever I had been sent to physio in the past I was put on ultra sound machine, or a heat one & left for 15mins, I kept being told that there was nothing they could do & I would have to live with it. Kelly put her magic hands on me, she said my lower back was solid & had been that way for a long time, but she’d try her best! She really does have magic hands! I had the first relief I’d had for many years! How I wish she had been the physio that dealt with me in the first place! Had that been the case I’m sure I wouldn’t have the problems I do today. When my sessions had finished I had found that Kelly did some extra work at a private practice, I saw her there after that. Kelly has been helping me ever since, I have a few problems but she keeps me going. The pain relief she has given me is second to none! I don’t know how I managed without her! I visit her regularly now. I would recommend her any day of the week! She is knowledgeable, thorough, professional, friendly & those magic hands....! WoW!
